1:ORDERS
Many of our items are ready to ship, but don't forget that you can also order custom items. We offer embroidery, vinyl designs, and much more to personalize your orders.
2:SHIPPING
Items in stock will be shipped in 3 business days. For custom products, production time can be up to one month, deadline will be determined in the invoice. I ship with United States Post Office and can use Priority or First Class, whichever is preferred.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
We believe that our products make perfect gifts! Specify when ordering if you would like gift shipping and your item will arrive beautifully wrapped and with a gift receipt in place of an invoice.
4:RETURNS
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Custom items can not be returned unless defective.
